When I got my Oculus 2 three years ago I decided to invest in some optical inserts.
I was happy with them for the time that I used the O2,
Then this last year came Oculus 3,
And the Reloptix inserts.
The results are incredible,
A clarity of vision which puts my old lenses in the total shade!

I can now adjust my facial interface to the closest setting without being afraid of scratching my quest 3 lenses with my glasses because I no longer need to wear my glasses! Problem solved! And the field of you is so much better when our eyes are closer to the lenses.
I really like the way the magnetic inserts are built with the big notch and the legs to ensure the lens cannot move. I really like the silicon tabs on the outer side of the inserts to easily pull the lenses out without smudging them by accident. The design is well thought out.
It also came with a little personally written thank you note with my name from the founders! It felt so special and unique!
Oh and the case that came with those lens inserts. Wow! That is one impressive protective case! It even has a silicon gadget. Is the case waterproof?
The only down side was an unexpected shipping delay, but I am not going to knock a star for it because Reloptix reached out to me to apologise in advanced and to let me know that there were going to be an unexpected shipping delay. This proactive move, transparency and honesty made a big difference to my personal consumer experience. This is definitely how every businesses should treat their customers.
I will definitely recommend Reloptix to everyone of my friends who have a VR headset. I am very happy to have picked Reloptix from my available options.
Very happy with my Reloptix inserts. Super easy to put in and take out, and the prescription is 100% spot on. VR is so much better without glasses!
I have used Reloptix lenses since I bought my first Quest 2 years ago. The prescription lenses were so easy to install and made playing on the Quest so much more comfortable than wearing glasses. The lenses came in an extraordinary box that protected the lenses and included a cleaning cloth and a personalized thank you note! They are still amazing and functioning over all these years. I decided when I got my Quest 3 that Reloptix was the only choice for lenses—once again, the lens were so easy to install; I had others who wanted to use my Quest 3 and Reloptix sent non-prescription lenses to protect the Quest 3 and were just as easy to install. The company uses an easy to fill out prescription form and provides a Discord to answer all questions and give updates on delivery. I even found several You Tube personalities who recommended Reloptix among all the rest. With fantastic lenses, easy installation, and excellent customer service, I know there is only one one company to provide my lenses—Reloptix!
The order was delivered and took 20 days from the initial order to delivery. It’s always a bit nerve-racking to order from a company you’ve never heard of. If there’s any feedback I would give, it is this: adding an email or two in-between when the order was made and shipped would be helpful. For example, “Your lenses are being made”, “Your lenses are almost done”.
