Shipping policy



 Thank you for visiting and shopping at The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Free shipping to U.S and International Flat Rate $18 shown at checkout is currently suspended as we notice inconsistencies from USPS first class international. You will also get to choose live rates from different carriers. (Free shipping and flat rate are USPS First class services)  - $30 min order. Live market shipping carrier rates are available at checkout for your convenience.  

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days unless displayed otherwise on our website. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders are also subject to manufacturing and production times that may very.

If we are experiencing a high volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days from the website estimated lead time. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order that wasn't already clearly stipulated (i.e. Preorders, Release Dates), we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We have pre selected the entire United States and qualifying territories for Free Shipping. We have also pre selected the entire world outside of the United States for Flat Rate shipping @ $18 (Suspended Flat rate $18 until further notice). If for some reason you do not see Free Shipping or Flat Rate in your State, City or Country it is due to USPS service outage in your area or other related reasons. When that is the case you may not qualify for the Reloptix special shipping offers. Please reach out to us for further inquiries

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

Reloptix Inc. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Reloptix Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Product may impose import and duty fees upon entry to a country and is the responsibility of the buying party.

International Shipping Policy 

USPS , UPS and DHL shipping times for international packages may exceed 7-10 days.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Reloptix Inc. has no control over these charges, nor can Reloptix Inc. predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs. We do not refund tailor made lenses pertaining to your prescription or other parts and products relating. 

Orders refused will be considered abandoned and not available for refund. 

Abandoned orders can re-ship with the purchase of a new shipping label paid for by the customer within 15 business days. After 15 business days the package will be discarded and also not refundable.
